Duratec Induction Hardware Kit

Designed specifically for the 2-litre Duratec engine, the ATB500 Alpha Induction Hardware kit is the latest addition to the range from Webcon. The ATB500 comes pre-assembled and balanced and includes ll of the following; intake manifold, throttle position sensor, air rails, 45mm throttle bodies, air temperature sensor, fuel hose, PICO injectors, throttle linkage, air filter and breather system.
On a standard 2.0 litre engine that all adds up to a whopping 204bhp! That's a 40% increase over the standard set up.
GOLD
These hi-tech multi-throttle engine management systems release the performance potential of a wide variety of production engines. All kits cover both fuel injection and ignition requirements in a fully integrated package. Supplied as total bolt-on packages, all kits feature closed loop Lambda control and are supplied with a lambda sensor for use with exhaust catalytic converters. Some gold full engine management kits can be upgraded with the addition of a platinum kit. The kit contains specially developed "fast road" cams and an upgraded fuel and ignition calibration chip. All calibration work carried out on otherwise standard engines using exhaust catalysts.

ALPHA IGNITION ONLY MANAGEMENT KITS
BRONZE
A state of the art 2-Dimentional electronic ignition system featuring an ignition map of 16 RPM sites that can be upgraded to full 3-Dimentional ignition management by the addition of a throttle position sensor (16 RPM x 16 engine load sites) The system is suitable for static (4 cylinder) or distributor ignition systems. The system features an engine speed limiter and there is also a tachometer output drive and a gear shift light drive.
All Kits Contain:
Electronic Control Unit (PI150), wiring harness, inlet air temperature sensor and cable ties. (For certain engines e.g. Ford Pinto, that are not factory fitted with an rpm sensor, there is also a crank sensor and trigger disc included in the kit).
These kits can be upgraded to full 3D ignition by the addition of a throttle position sensor available separately. All General Alpha Ignition Management systems are supplied with a safe base ignition map, ideal for checking correct installation. Engine specific systems are supplied with a calibration for a standard specification engine. Systems must be calibrated by SCI Performance or any Alpha systems dealer.
SEQUENTIAL GEAR CHANGE DISPLAY
A gear change indicator incorporating 6 lamps that illuminate in sequence as you approach the optimum gear change engine speed.
